Bonbiani is the official clearance outlet of Mama Luma Santa Barbara.

All items sold on Bonbiani are past-season pieces and are no longer in production. For this reason:

All sales are final.

We do not accept:

• Returns

• Exchanges

• Refund requests

• Store credits

Please review product descriptions, size guides, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Refund Policy

Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final and non-refundable.

We are unable to cancel, modify, or refund orders after dispatch.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees determined by your local authorities.

• Customs fees are not included in your order total.

• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• We do not control or estimate customs fees.

Refusal to pay customs fees or refusal of delivery does not qualify for a refund.

If a package is refused and returned to us:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Any return shipping charges, duties, or handling fees will be deducted.

• In some cases, no refund will be issued.

Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery does not constitute a cancellation or return.

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or abandoned are not eligible for refund.

Stock Availability

All Bonbiani items are limited in quantity and subject to availability.

In rare cases, due to inventory discrepancies or system errors, an item may be purchased but later found to be out of stock.

If this occurs:

• The order will not be fulfilled.

• A refund will not be issued.

• Store credit will be provided for the full purchase amount.

• Store credit can be used toward any future Bonbiani purchase.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

Inventory Disclaimer

All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

While we strive for accurate inventory management, Bonbiani reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability.

In the event an item is unavailable after purchase:

• The order will be canceled.

• Store credit will be issued in place of a refund.

• No cash refunds will be provided.
